Premiere: The AKA Investors Roadshow across Germany

In November, AKA's treasury team held its first roadshow, spending almost a week meeting investors in four cities: Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and, finally, Frankfurt on 25 November. There, Dr Nadja Marschhausen, Jens-Christian Meier and Susanne Frings presented the opportunities and potential for investments with AKA to interested investors.

Four cities, one goal: open exchange and prospects for cooperation

The tour kicked off in Hamburg at our host Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe. At the traditional establishment on the Binnenalster, Jens-Christian Meier (Head of Treasury, AKA) and Dr. Nadja Marschhausen (COO, AKA) presented the company, current business figures and refinancing options. AKA's business model, current market trends and potential opportunities for investors in the coming financial year sparked a lively and animated discussion. Existing relationships were strengthened and new contacts made during a joint Hanseatic lunch afterwards.

The next stop on the tour was Berlin. There, too, the presentation of AKA's investment potential met with great interest. With this positive response in tow, the tour continued to the Bavarian capital. The AKA team's presentation was also well received by open-minded guests in Munich. Constructive discussions took place in a professional and relaxed atmosphere, during which partnerships were established and expanded.

Final stop: Frankfurt

The tour concluded in AKA's home town of Frankfurt am Main – with two highlights for our guests: Sophie Thurner from beatvest opened with her presentation on ‘Financial Wellbeing’, offering a completely different perspective on investments. She emphasised that financial education is essential for truly understanding investments, handling them correctly and making financial investments. This is a prerequisite for financial wellbeing – and necessary for a secure future. It is an exciting topic, even for experienced investors from the financial sector. Afterwards, a small group visited the art collection of our shareholder DZ-Bank, where we were given a guided tour of the current exhibition ‘Stolpern, bitte’ (Stumble, please).

Our conclusion – a successful new format

The roadshow premiere once again demonstrated how enriching personal exchanges and direct conversations can be. With ‘AKA on Tour,’ we visited our partners – and were able to present our offering to investors, gather valuable insights and further strengthen existing partnerships.

A big thank you to Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe in Hamburg, who provided us with professional support and charming accompaniment. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Sophie Thurner for her valuable contribution and exciting insights into the topic of financial health. And we would like to thank Tomke Aljets from the DZ Bank art collection for her knowledgeable and highly interesting guided tour of the exhibition ‘Stolpern, bitte’ (Stumble, please).
